Our mission is to provide quality plant repairs and on-site personnel training while maintaining production of high quality materials. We are experienced in all phases of plant set-up, utilization, mix-design compliance, air-quality compliance, maintenance and repair issues, equipment upgrades, and used plant restarts. We are a "hands-on" company, and we're not afraid to "dive in" and get dirty!

If a used plant does not fit your needs, we go to our extensive contacts among the new plant manufacturers. We then negotiate on your behalf to get you the correct equipment at the best price possible. If you are interested in their proposal, we put you in touch with the highest ranking individual we know in that company (in several cases it will be the owner). You, again, will negotiate your best direct price, cutting out the middle men and saving around 10%.

C.M. Consulting is one of five divisions of Cliff Mansfield Incorporated, an Oregon registered corporation established in 1990. CMC is dedicated to supporting its customers with knowledgeable solutions to production, safety, and environmental concerns they face in today's rapidly changing asphalt plant and construction marketplace.

As you can see, we are a different kind of company, unique in the industry. We have extensive experience with many of the manufacturers, having installed new plants for many of them in some very exotic locations. I, personally, have been to 85 countries on 6 continents in the last 10 years.
