With annual production exceeding 20 million pieces, Consolidated Metal Products, Inc. is the world’s largest and only full-line manufacturer of high strength, cold-formed u-bolts for vehicular and semi-trailer leaf springs and air suspensions. Additionally, it is a leading producer of high strength cold-formed stabilizer bars and cold-formed heavy-duty fasteners and is in the development of cold-formed frame rails with our joint venture partner, Nucor Corporation.

From our 300,000 square foot manufacturing and administrative headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, we serve the needs of the premier light, medium and heavy truck manufacturers in North America, Europe and Southeast Asia and have licensing agreements for production of similar cold-formed products using CMP proprietary materials and processes in South America. CMP also holds vendor-of-choice standing at leading independent producers of suspensions and axle/suspension modules for semi-trailers in North America and Europe.
