We provide 18 plus years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry. COR was formed by husband and wife, Cory and Tina Shover , with a quality staff of committed people with positive attitudes and a high level of skill and experience in the construction industry. We have extensive experience in Retail Tenant Improvements, Shell Preparation, Interior Office, Restaurant Renovations and Design/Build Construction. We take an active role in coordinating design and managing new construction projects for various styles and types of Facilities.

COR staff averages 15 years of experience in the industrial construction industry such as Industrial clean room construction Plating line installations Plant construction and renovations We work well with township code enforcement officers and Labor and Industry. COR will give counsel to your ADA requirements and coordinate with the local code for your design and construction project requirements.

Our Experience Our team shares extensive experience in renovation and construction projects with central Pennsylvania's largest electronics manufacturers with plant renovations and relocations, clean room construction. We work with local retailers, private commercial companies, banks, churches, doctors offices and law offices. We have extensive experience with developers and distribution warehousing. We work very closely with the changing codes and share excellent working relationships with code enforcement officers from Various Townships and Labor and Industry.

I have had the opportunity to use the services of COR Construction, on several occasions. They have experience in the commercial environment and are fully aware of all OSHA, municipal and building code requirements. They do provide full service from initial planning to final completion of the project. Having previously been in the construction trade, I know that there are always issues which require that decisions must be made.
