Alexandra is a Certified Career Coach and consultant. Armed with an MBA in Industrial Management, a BBA in Finance, and the experience of multiple roles in management and finance at various organizations, Alex works providing coaching and consulting services to many of our clients. She is involved in different organizations, including the Puerto Rico Labor Relations Practitioners Association. Alexandra is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

By helping employees proactively analyze and manage their careers, organizations can ensure their workforce is energized and employees are contributing in ways that are meaningful for them as well as the company. Sometimes this means the opportunity to advance into new roles. Sometimes it means the opportunity to develop new skills. And sometimes it means the opportunity to do the same job in new ways.

As mentioned previously, some organizations view Executive Coaching with some skepticism primarily as a result of perceptions such as a lack of a common methodology, inconsistency in coach preparation and coaching competencies, and an inability to deliver tangible results. While some skepticism may be prudent and encourage due diligence to avoid working with poorly qualified coaches, these perceptions are typically unfounded when working with reputable firms and coaches.

Beatriz joined the firm 14 years ago, armed with a degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico and years of experience in the insurance industry. She is a Certified Career Coach and experienced management consultant with an emphasis in AAP/EEO Labor Compliance, where she works with many Fortune 500 companies across the nation.
