Our organization was founded by Sam Younessian and his wife, Maria. Sam is an RN, EMT-P, a New York City and New York State Certified Paramedic and Registered Professional Nurse with over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Sam is also a highly decorated Paramedic Lieutenant for the FDNY-EMS. His wife, Maria, is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in various hospitals’ Cardiology Departments.

Our goal is to empower individuals and organizations with state-of-the-art emergency response training, workplace consulting services, life-saving equipment and affordable educational resources. We provide the complete spectrum of learning options including classroom training, on-site training, online learning and skills testing. Our best practices approach has become a most sought after resource for healthcare professionals, non-medical responders and the general public alike.
