About Us CPR Choice is your premier CPR, First Aid and Safety training organization in East Tennessee. CPR Choice has been providing Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) instruction to Knoxville and the East Tennessee area since 2006. CPR Choice was founded to provide a source of quality CPR training and certification to anyone including: health care professionals, day care providers, church staff and those needing certification for OSHA. Our Classes incorporate both audio-visual and practical skills in order to deliver high quality training.

About Heather: Heather has been instructing safety skills and life guarding courses for over 13 years. In the past she has held instructor certifications from both American Red Cross and Ellis. She currently is an instructor through American Heart Association; teaching Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers & all of the Heartsaver courses. After several years of lifeguarding and watching CPR save lives, she is passionate about teaching it to others.
