Chuck graduated from North Carolina State University in 1984 with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Chuck is president of CPT Engineering and Surveying, Incorporated He has been a professional engineer since 1988 and a professional land surveyor since 1994. He has over 25 years of design experience on commercial, industrial, government, single and multi-family residential projects.
