“My wife Betty and I started this computer business in March 1998 on Contra Costa Boulevard in Pleasant Hill because we saw a need for a locally owned, quality-driven, computer retail store with an outstanding computer service department. Although the technology has rapidly changed over the years, the basic need for quality computer equipment and personalized computer repair service remains a constant. Throughout the years, we have been fortunate to employ a great staff that shares our passion for providing the best possible computing solutions for our customers.

Bill’s passion is working with computers and he has been in the field for over 20 years. Bill spent 4 years in the Navy and attended DeVry Institute of Technology. Bill loves to troubleshoot and solve problems that customers come in with. Bill is originally from Muleshoe, Texas. In his spare time he loves going to the zoo and amusement parks with his 3 year old.

Aryana has worked in the computer industry for over 6 years and loves what she does. She thrives on offering excellent customer service and support with genuine care to the customers. In Aryana’s spare time she loves to sing karaoke and spend time with her husband and kids. Aryana has lived all over the country, but settled here in the Bay Area when her husbands career brought them to Berkeley, CA.

We service Apple computers, PC computers, and servers. Our contracts are flexible to meet your needs, and are designed to save you money and improve your productivity!
