Once everything has been installed, we provide you with professional training on all systems. All of us at CSD are involved in some way in the technical ministry of our local church. We know that new technology can be overwhelming to volunteers, therefore, whenever possible we provide comprehensive training directly to your technicians. Ultimately the equipment is only as good as the technician running it, and we want you to get the greatest benefit out of your investment. That’s why we will be present for your first formal use of the system to assist as needed.

Mr. Starkey has successfully completed AVL projects on a national level for over 25 years. As a manufacturer’s sales rep, Robbie Won rep of the year for Audio Technica, QSC, TurboSound, Allen & Heath and Samson. He also toured internationally as FOH engineer and system engineer and served as full time AVL consultant and engineer for the third highest ticket selling concert venue in the world.

The National Association of Church Design Builders (NACDB) recently recognized Custom Sound Designs (CSD) and Kent Design Build as the Spotlighted NACDB Alliance of the Year. NACDB awards members annually for outstanding design and development achievements at the organization's annual conference. "The members of NACDB have been involved with some very exciting projects this year.

Doug Hood, Owner and President of CSD commented, “CSD has always offered a full range of services to our clients including audio, video, lighting and acoustics.
