Description
CSG Partners, Inc. is a management consulting firm, specializing in outplacement and related services such as executive coaching, change management, and retirement planning. In 1980, CSG began as the outplacement division of a prominent executive search firm, EFL Associates. Desiring to put more focus on its related businesses – executive search and outplacement – EFL Associates spun off its outplacement division in August 1997 to form CSG Partners, with headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas.
