Founded in 1999, the firm is centrally located in Nassau County. CSM is a New York State-certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprise ( MBE ), Women-Owned Business Enterprise ( WBE ), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ( DBE ). Our staff consists of electrical, mechanical, civil engineers, and certified construction inspectors, located throughout Long Island and the NYC Metropolitan Area. Delivering successful projects over the years has gained the confidence of governmental agencies, local municipalities, and prime engineering consultant firms.

Carlo has diversified construction experience for over 40 years primarily in construction inspection and contract administration. His career began as a New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Highway Engineer and eventually embarking on long relationships with construction agencies such as the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) and the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC).
