Furnas named JEA exeuctive director The Journalism Education Association has named Kelly Furnas the executive director. Furnas was formally the editorial adviser at Virginia Tech University. His duties in addition to the work with JEA will include being instructor/associate director of Student Publications at Kansas State and adviser to the Royal Purple yearbook.
