CS Technical Services, Inc. was founded in 1995 as a partner to Phoenix Technologies, Ltd., the world's leading provider of PC BIOS software. The mission of the company was to provide development and support services for low-volume Phoenix BIOS customers that did not have development capabilities in-house. Our role was eventually extended such that we provided the technical interface to some of Phoenix's strategic customers and silicon vendors.

CS Technical Services, Inc. is a consulting engineering and contract development company specializing in firmware and software design and development for embedded systems, with a focus on BIOS firmware for personal computers.
