As a subject matter expert in plastics compounding, molding, extrusion, and formulation, he has successfully led companies to profitability and has doubled monthly sales within companies by attacking production efficiency, uptime and lean manufacturing concepts. Mike believes in implementing continuous improvement methods and measuring key business metrics daily.
