In 1989 our founder, Chan Laoteppitaks, began gathering a select team of veteran software engineers from the telecommunications industry. His vision was to design and build full-featured voice mail products for small and mid-sized businesses, a market that the industry had neglected for too long. By 1990 CTL had been formed based on two fundamental principles - high quality and total customer satisfaction.Today those principles continue to guide our efforts as we strive to produce superior call processing and voice messaging systems that are innovative, powerful and reliable. Through the dedication of our tremendously experienced team of professionals, CTL has become an industry leader, with an installed base numbering in the tens of thousands and an international presence that includes Australia, Canada, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Romania, Thailand, the United Kingdom and Uruguay.At CTL we are proud of our ISO 9001 certification and do our utmost to ensure consistently high quality in our products. Every component is subjected to thorough incoming inspection and our in-house production and testing facilities allow us to maintain strict control over our products from start to finish.
