CTS was founded in Europe in 1984 to supply skilled personnel to major European companies. In 1985, we began U.S. operations and, in 1991, established current headquarters in Seattle, WA.

Paul has more than seventeen years of experience in online marketing with a special focus in integrated campaign management and relationship marketing. Prior to joining CTS, Paul led digital communications and community development through social media for the Microsoft Partner Network, set global strategy for multilingual content distribution across 62 websites, and managed Microsoft Partner newsletters, online events, and rich media channels.

Molly joined CTS in 1998 as Controller and took on the role of Director of Accounting and Human Resources in 2001. Prior to joining CTS, she spent six years at KeyBank, where she held various management positions including Vice President and Accounting Manager, with responsibility for general accounting and financial reporting. From 1989 through 1991, she worked at Seattle First National Bank in the accounting department. Molly has over twenty years experience in accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis.
