We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! You can exchange unused goods within 14 days of receipt for any reasons. If we cannot fulfill your order with any product in our warehouse we will issue a Return Authorization with a Call Tag within 24-48 hours. There will be a 20% restocking fee. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. We will refund Shipping costs only if the return is the result of an error on our part. Not because you did not get your package on time as we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery timeframes. You need to make sure that you indicate your specific timeframes by adding a note in the Checkout Notes section. Any defective goods will be replaced at our cost. However, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt that your product is broken or defective and accompany the claim with a digital picture to document the defect. Please contact us via email at returns@cvmcigars.com to arrange for your return. Do not forget to mention your customer number and order number so that we can expedite your request.
