We pioneered the early use of settlement documentaries beginning in 1982 and have produced hundreds of videos relating to wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters. Our extensive knowledge and experience, which is virtually unparalleled in the industry, have helped to provide outstanding results for our clients.

Brian has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University Dominguez Hills and is an Advisory Board Member of Golden West College. Brian has been working in videography and photography for 25 years and has been editing feature film and world class documentary productions for over 20 years. Brian's extensive experience also includes static and motion graphics for video and demonstrative boards.

Jim has been a Certified Legal Video Specialist for over 25 years, is a Certified inData TrialDirector Trainer and a Member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.

Over the past 20 years Brian has worked with Jim Curio on countless successful settlement video and demonstrative graphics projects.

Our over 30 years of experience in Southern California courtrooms and our extensive technical knowledge drives this company’s’ use of cutting edge practices and technologies. We utilize the latest trial presentation tools, including software such as TrialDirector, SanctionII and TrialPad for the iPad. Using our knowledge and “Hot Seat” experience from working in the courtroom, we have specially designed our courtroom presentation systems to be adaptable to any courtroom.
