Mr. Simonton has over thirty years experience in the medical arena ranging from pharmaceutical sales primarily with Abbott Labs through medical device as the VP of Sales for Scaletronix and as Regional Manager of Anesthesia and Pulmonary Equipment for BOC (British Oxygen Company). Additionally, Warren established his own pharmaceutical equipment calibration and validation company and provided consultation services to a radiology company supplying X-ray film and equipment throuhout the US. Mr.

James P. McGuckin, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years experience in the accounting field. Jim has extensive experience in financial reporting and tax preparation and planning. In addition, he is the partner in charge of the firm’s consulting practice. Jim is a member of the New Jersey and American Society of CPA’s as well as the Results Accountant Consulting Network. He also serves on the Bank of America Advisory Council and enjoys a well respected position within the banking community.
