CY Plastics Works manufactures a unique line of Fire, Safety and Rescue products, designed and used by fire fighters. We carry a complete line of Door Markers, Accountability Tags, Fire Hydrant Markers, Flare Containers, Firemen's Wedges and the Windshield Wrench. These items are available for sale direct to the public and through our wholesaler network.
Our operators are carefully trained to support a wide variety of insert molding and molds using hand loaded cores. For higher volume runs we can utilize a robotic sprue picker or robotics to increase productivity. We specialize in low to medium production runs and pride ourselves on our ability to produce your plastic parts in the quantities that you need, not the quantities that we want to run.
We also have extensive experience in sourcing molds from China, for operation in our facility. This approach reduces your capital investment but gets you the local control that you need. In-house control over the design and build of your tool reduces cycle time and improves communication. We take full responsibility for making sure that your tool runs as intended on our injection molding presses and blow molding equipment.
