The success of the restaurants can be attributed to an amazingly loyal and dedicated staff, quality food, low prices and the Manning's commitment to their staff and community. Charles Alexander (Bryan), Darrell Jones (Harvey), and Scott Richter (Southwest Parkway) are the general managers of each store. They have all been with C&J for over 14 years. Their son Justin Manning also manages at the Bryan store and has been helping and working with the stores ever since he was in High School.

Here at C&J Barbeque, we require that you pay 25% of the Total Quoted Cost of the Catering to Reserve the Date that you requested. The remaining balance must be paid in full three days (72 hours) before your event. This applies only to full service catering.
