C&W Meter Service has over 30 years of experience at custody transfer meter proving for the petroleum/petrochemical refinery industry. We meet the demanding needs of this application with our specialized proving equipment required by most refinery operations. All of our refinery proving procedures are documented and approved before we prove a meter at a refinery. We are routinely audited to ensure we meet the stringent governmental requirements for the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) status of most major refineries.

The measurement technicians employed by C&W have many years of pipeline meter proving experience and are trained in the API guidelines for custody transfer meter proving. The health and safety work practices of all C&W employees is governed by our company Health and Safety Manual which is routinely audited by companies like NCMS, DISA and PICS.
