C. D. Construction Consulting (CDCC) has represented lending institutions in Austin, Texas since 1985. Steve Collier, president, founder and registered Architect, has been successful in establishing CDCC as one of the few construction lender consulting companies in Texas and now represents lenders across the USA. CDCC’s services and client base expanded through the difficult late 1980s, when real estate foreclosures and work-outs were setting records, before banks had fax machines, and just as the world wide web was first being considered as a commercial endeavor. Doyle Damron, senior vice-president and current manager of the Dallas / Fort Worth office, joined CDCC in 1991 and became a partner with the incorporation of the company in 1994. The Dallas / Fort Worth office was established in 1998.
