Description

Carolyn J. Cooper and Sarah L. Kolar created C.J. Cooper & Associates in 1990. From 1990 until March 2002, the company contracted with insurance companies to perform physical exams. In 1994, CJ Cooper & Associates, in response to customer demand, expanded to include third party administration of drug and alcohol testing. In 2001, SACA, Inc. was formed as an Iowa corporation to provide SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) certified forensic urine testing to companies impacted by the Drug Free Workplace Act and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
