Description
CABHC is a private, not for profit company formed out of the collaboration among Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Perry counties' Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol programs. The collaboration has existed since 1997, and the company was incorporated in October, 1999. Our mission is to ensure access to and delivery of a coordinated, effectively managed, comprehensive array of quality mental health and substance abuse services that reflect the holistic needs of eligible residents throughout the five county area.
