Dekoron Unitherm's innovative buffered and composite bundle designs have been meeting the needs of high pressure boiler water feed and chemical injection systems for over 10 years. In addition Dekoron Unitherm's CEMS sample lines are used to transport stack gas samples for emissions monitoring.

Dekoron Unitherm's innovative designs have been setting the standard for process analyses and continuous emissions monitoring for over 20 years. In addition to conventional fiberglass insulation Dekoron Unitherm offers its proprietary aerogel insulation for all applications. The use of aerogel insulation materials provide greater thermal efficiency, smaller OD's and smaller bend radius.

Relative Accuracy Testing is required to insure that continuous monitoring systems are providing accurate data. The StackTuff™ Test Umbilical is designed to provide long, trouble-free service in portable CEMS testing operations. Stack-Tuff lines are produced in standard 25, 50, 75 and 100 foot lengths. These lines are specifically designed to provide fast heat-up even at low ambient temperatures of –20°F [-4°C]. Stack-Tuff’s unique integral draw system allows safe lifting without internal or external damage to the sample line.
