Alan Cablik: President alan@cablikenterprises.com Company founder Alan Cablik graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2001 with a degree in Building Construction and a certificate in City Planning. After graduation, Alan accepted an offer from Draper and Associates, an Atlanta based construction-scheduling firm. Projects of note at Draper include: Alan then was promoted to Draper's construction claims analysis department. In this position he explored documents and created an as-built schedule in order to assign delay and/or fault to certain parties involved in the project. Cases of note are Metric vs. Pages, the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne Claim, and the Bear Creek Water Treatment Plant Claim. While working for Draper and Associates, Alan was offered a Vice President position at Anatek, Incorporated, which he began in January 2003. His roles included contract administration, scheduling, bidding/proposals, collections, project management, billing, and accounting. At Anatek, he was involved in projects including: During this time, Alan founded Cablik Enterprises, LLC. Leveraging his prior experience, Alan has developed Cablik Enterprises into a team of construction professionals that is focused on sustaining Atlanta’s intown atmosphere. While developing intown properties often includes more challenges than building in suburban greenfields, Alan chose to follow his vision of developing sustainable intown properties. Cablik Enterprises’ philosophy is that a focus on intown properties is ultimately a more sustainable choice for the Atlanta area, and delivers a higher quality of life for Atlanta residents and businesses. When he has downtime, Alan enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, travel, exercise, mountain Biking, road course racing, off-road driving, and Georgia Tech football. Matt Dahlhauser: Vice President of Business Development matt@cablikenterprises.com Matt Dahlhauser is the Vice President at Cablik Enterprises and has more than eights years experience handling diverse and challenging projects. In his role, Matt manages multiple teams providing construction and development expertise for our many residential and commercial projects. Matt is a qualified professional in the construction and development industry and holds a degree in Building Construction from The College of Architecture at Georgia Tech. He also holds a certificate in Land Development for the College of City Planning at Georgia tech. Before joining Cablik Enterprises in 2008, Matt worked for many years for a diverse range of organizations, including Archer Western Contractors, AG Armstrong Development, and most recently Century Retail as their Director of Development. While at each of the prior companies Matt has been a strong leader in managing different projects such as a The RSA Battle House Tower in Mobile, Alabama to multiple mix-used anchor shopping centers through out the southeast. Matt’s varied background in the construction and development industry provides a perfect fit for the company ideals at Cablik Enterprises.
