Cain Travel's online profile and online reservations system(s) are supported on recent versions of both Internet Explorer (5+) and Netscape (6+). In certain circumstances, from certain networks, however, we have seen issues with Netscape of any version. Our profile management tool has some advanced features that operate best with the use of IE, and as such, we recommend the use of IE...Cain Travel utilizes a proprietary system for management of its clients' profile data with their ProFolio system. Through ProFolio, profiles that are created on caintravel.com are immediately synchronized with the reservation systems in use by Cain Travel's agents, and with the online booking system(s) that are available to our travelers. This syncrhonization allows you to manage your information in one location and book directly with us, or across our website with the same profile information. ProFolio also provides an extensive security scheme that ensures protection of your private information.Cain Travel has been a distributor of the GetThere system since 1999. GetThere is the nation's most widely adopted corporate online booking tool. GetThere allows for customized policy application, and corporate contract usage for each of our corporate accounts.
