Our mark has been left on acclaimed projects ranging from one of a kind custom homes by Architects Frank Gehry, Gwathmey Siegal, and Richard Landry, to thousands of apartment units by Architects Orange and Togawa Smith. In the multi-family arena, we've constructed over 600 residential units including: the Arbor Grove seniors project, 150 units of apartments over 8,000 sq ft of retail stores; the Premiere of Thousand Oaks, 148 units of luxury apartments; and the West Hills Premiere, 80 luxury town-home units in Woodland Hills. Following the Northridge earthquake, we turned our focus to rebuilding. In doing so, we realized a strong need to revitalize a large portion of the city's multifamily and commercial infrastructure. Fifty buildings and 2500 units later, we had rehabilitated and restored a substantial portion of the Valley to rental market. Our vision is clear.
