As cattlemen in Northwest Georgia, we saw the need for a local cattle auction in 1995. Our goal was to provide a modern facility where local cattlemen could get a premium price for their cattle. It was our desire to operate the business in a professional manner. We strive to ensure fair and equal treatment to all of our customers. To begin with in 1986, we leased a barn in Rome, GA for our weekly cattle auction. We remained at that location for 8 1/2 years. As our business and reputation grew, we saw the need to expand.
The Williams farm has been breeding registered black angus cattle for over 30 years. They use performance tested bulls through artificial insemination. They have angus bulls with good EPDs available at all times.
We strive to provide a strong and productive livestock market so that the individual or corporate producer feels confident that we will do our best to get the top dollar for his/her livestock.
