Jay has an MBA from The Wharton School. Steve Arbeit Steve was responsible for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Customer Value Management Practice and also led the Financial Services' E-Business Strategy Practice. He has over 20 years of experience in developing branding and marketing strategies in a variety of industries. Steve joined PwC Consulting after 11 years as President/Owner of Arbeit Company, Limited, the leading micromarketing consulting firm specializing in creating consumer databases, developing predictive models, segmenting consumers and developing targeted marketing and merchandising programs. Prior to founding his company, Steve was Director of Worldwide Client Services and U.S. Marketing Director for major advertising agencies. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School. William Keller Bill has over 20 years experience in providing the best data driven, customer centric advice to a wide range of consumer-oriented and business-oriented companies and non-profit organizations. He has extensive experience in providing clients and their advertising agencies with objective, channel agnostic guidance on how to optimize their marketing resources. Bill ran the database marketing department for Nexgenix, a 700 person worldwide systems integration company. Before Nexgenix, he led the database marketing practice and was a head of the strategic service group for McCann Erickson, one of the world's largest ad agencies, as well as other firms. Bill has a BA from the University of Wisconsin.
