California \Management Corporation (CARE) has played a vital role in serving the San Jose and greater Bay Area housing industry since 1972. Founder and President, James S. Morley, began his career in San Jose's housing industry when he helped to develop the area's first affordable apartment housing project in 1967. Now CARE has fifteen affordable apartment communities in the San Jose area. In addition to CARE's own portfolio of properties. CARE builds our apartment communities on a foundation of teamwork. From employees to vendors, residents, we treat our team with respect and give each party the education, tools and resources they need to succeed. This results in communities that are healthy, friendly and peaceful. This foundation of teamwork earned CARE the honor of being designated an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) in 1974. The Institute of Real Estate Management grants the AMO status only to a select group of property management companies who consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, fiscal stability and a commitment to education. Though we pride ourselves on the industry accolades we achieve, it is our long-term relationships with clients, residents and vendors that we value most.
