Califf & Harper, P.C. has been meeting the legal needs of the Quad Cities area in Illinois and Iowa for more than 140 years. We were founded in 1870 as Kenworthy & Beardsley in Rock Island, Illinois. The firm has been based and expanded at its present location in Moline, Illinois since 1918. The firm also established an office in Wheaton, Illinois, in 2003, and moved that office to Naperville, Illinois, in 2010, to meet the needs of the law firm's clients based in Chicago and its suburbs.

Our attorneys work closely with employers to design and administer retirement plans and healthcare plans and to help select third parties who may provide investment advice or administrative services for plans. We provide counsel to a wide range of clients ranging from large corporations to privately held, family-owned businesses, and from small not-for-profit charities to large governmental employers.
