We can draw on 80+ years of engineering experience in local, Western USA and International operations in drilling fluids and workover and completion fluids. Our plant and mixing facility is strategically located to provide our customer with fast and economical delivery on all orders. Available 24 hours, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Brine, mud, and polymer systems are separated to insure quality control. Adequate supplies of Barite and Bentonite is maintained at all times to meet most requirements for heavy mud in case of emergencies during workover and completion operations. It is common in workover and completion operations to have a rig with inadequate mixing capacity and pumps. Inadequate shear while mixing polymers will cause "fish eyes", impairing production. Mixing heavy brine or weighted muds is slow and very time consuming, wasting rig time and money. In most cases, California Drilling Fluids can have the mixed fluid, with correct density and viscosity, at the well site in less than half the time it would take to mix at the well site.
