Description

The California Health Collaborative (Collaborative) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization committed to enhancing the quality of life and health of the people of California, particularly the underserved and underrepresented. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Fresno, California, the Collaborative has offices in Chico, Merced, Oakland, Oroville, and Santa Rosa serving residents in 42 out of the 58 California counties.

For more than 25 years the Collaborative has helped to improve the lives of Californians by providing a variety of programs and services.

With offices throughout Central and Northern California, the Collaborative is uniquely positioned to provide services on a fee-for-service basis to public, private, and non-profit organizations.
