California Landmark, a development and investment company formed in 1988, acquires, rehabilitates and develops real estate primarily in Southern California. California Landmark orchestrates all aspects of the development cycle. We evaluate opportunities presented by private owners and brokers, and have forged strong relationships with local and national lenders. We simultaneously interact with all consultants, including, lawyers, land-use planners, architects, civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, and mechanical engineers. We have extensive experience preparing specifications and cost estimating in order to ensure successful, profitable projects. We maintain excellent working relationships with city planning, housing, and building departments, design review boards, OSHPD, FEMA, and various homeowner associations. California Landmark has been successful at developing complex multi-family projects in the most difficult areas of Los Angeles County by working with politicians, planning and housing departments, neighborhood associations and consultants to meet the projects' and communities' needs.
