At California Oaks Chiropractic, we offer a wide range of therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs and wants of our practice members. We specialize in very gentle, effective, low force techniques that allow us to successfully make an adjustment without any twisting or "cracking". Thus allowing us to care for the most timid and fragile individuals in a way that is soothing and comfortable yet highly effective. The primary technique being Koren Specific Technique (KST). We also are exceptional at traditional chiropractic methods.

There are many techniques in chiropractic. One that we specialize in uses an adjusting instrument that gently taps to get the bone off of the nerve. Sometimes people go through "retracing" which can be uncomfortable but is a wonderful sign because it is the body getting rid of old traumas from the past allowing for a more complete healing.

One of our most important missions is to share the importance of spinal health care with our practice members while helping them to realize the body's incredible ability to heal itself. We focus on forging partnerships with our members based on constant communication, education and open discussion that informs and empowers our practice members.

We provide and stress the importance of balancing your body metabolically through proper nutrition. The body cannot work at 100% without the proper fuel and amounts of key nutrients.
