California Property Services has managed residential and commercial property in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 35 years. California Property Services specializes in the management of Bay Area real estate investments. We are selective about the properties we manage and we provide personalized management services for our residents. We know the importance of managing property effectively to maximize comfort, safety and enjoyment for our residents. Three corporate officers are licensed California Real Estate Brokers, and one is a California attorney. CPS and its officers are active members of several professional associations. One of these organizations is the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), which awards the Certified Property Manager (CPM ®) designation for professionalism, expertise and ethics. All our officers and senior staff are Certified Property Managers. CPS has also earned IREM's Accredited Management Organization ® (AMO ®) designation by showing, on an ongoing basis, management expertise, professional competence, financial responsibility, and a high level of integrity and ethics. We believe that providing ongoing education to our residential managers results in greater satisfaction for our residents. Each of our residential managers completes a course of study with IREM that leads to the designation of Accredited Residential Manager ® (ARM ®). All Accredited Residential Managers must demonstrate experience at a prescribed level and must adhere to a Professional Code of Ethics. Barbara Johnson ARM ®, manager of Marina Court Apartments, Union Hyde Apartments and 290 Alhambra, and Roxane Scutero ARM ®, manager of The Camille, have achieved this designation. CPS is also a member of Tri-County Apartment Association and San Francisco Apartment Association.
