PAM (President/Designated Broker) – Pam started her career in real estate by accident well over 30 years ago when a home she owned just wasn’t selling – little did she know it was the start to a career! She has worked in real estate for over 26 years and has been the owner of Call Realty for 21 years after being a very busy stay at home Mom to four children! She was raised in the military and had the privilege of traveling extensively – all over the US as well as Europe and the Far East! She has been a resident of the Great Northwest for over 30 years and is happy to call it HOME!

GARIANNE (Office Manager) Garianne decided to come back into the work force after being a stay at home mom for over 21 years. She is our full time assistant to bookkeeping as well as office manager! She and her husband Dewey have been married for over 21 years and are the proud parents of 6 beautiful children! She loves Lindor chocolates and appreciates the simple things in life like… running water, the smell of Old Spice & Irish Spring soap, fuzzy socks and flannel PJ’s! Garianne stays busy watching & traveling to her children’s sports, violin concerts, and serving in her church.

Call Realty Inc. was founded 21 years ago building from eight units and one employee to approximately 600 units and 12 full time employees - three of which are real estate brokers! Our company brings a wealth of experience and expertise in residential property management - specifically single family homes and smaller multi family units. Because we specialize in residential property management only, we are able to offer both owners and tenants a 100% commitment to nothing but the best service in the Spokane County area!

PENNY (Bookkeeping) – Penny was born in Montana and has lived in 7 states – but keeps coming back to Spokane!Prior to Call Realty, she worked as a cosmetologist, bank teller, assistant to a financial advisor, and an accounts payable clerk! Penny has been our ace bookkeeper for over 8 years now! She lightens the office with her easy and ready laugh and her willingness to do whatever is needed to help both owners and tenants with understanding their finances. Penny is the oldest of four siblings and the “favorite” aunt to 9 nieces and nephews!
