If your tap water does not taste good, use filtered or bottled water. Bring the desired amount of water to a rolling boil. Then put approximately 1 large teaspoon of tea per every 6-8 ounces (1 cup) of water into a tea pot or cup. Add hot water and let simmer for 3-5 minutes. If you prefer your tea less strong, add more water after the brewing period. Let stand until desired temperature is reached, and enjoy! Drink three times a day, or as needed. You may also use any type of conventional types of tea kettles according to their instructions.
