A response to Chicago's low-income housing crisis, the Chicago Housing Authority's four year Plan for Transformation is the largest housing reformation project undertaken by the CHA. As part of this plan, Calor Design Group is providing mechanical engineering services for the extensive remodeling of three Senior Housing High-rises with over 500 units.
