Calsur Property Management was originated in May of 1997. It is owned by Mike and Cynthia Essary. Mike has been in real estate management for over 25 years. Cynthia has been doing real estate accounting for over 30 years. Both Mike and Cynthia have worked for local San Diego and Los Angeles real estate companies and banking institutions.

Calsur Property Management is equipped to provide customized Asset Management for the individual client's requirements. Asset Management is where we execute operational decisions according to the client's pre-described parameters. That includes everything from site selection to ultimate asset disposition, including financing, design, construction, property management and leasing. We provide market identification and market recommendation as well as suggesting methods of improving Net Operating Income.

Carole shares the responsibility for day-to-day operations of the properties in the Calsur portfolio. Her experience in property management and real estate covers over 25 years and has been focused on management of smaller residential properties for the last 10 years. Carole is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
