Prior to joining C7A, Stefan Bold trained in Germany and gained experience in internships and freelance work throughout the country. A highly skilled designer, Mr. Bold has contributed his talent to a number of projects, including the award-winning Peter Buck Center for Health and Fitness at Bowdoin College, UMass Lowell’s new Health and Social Sciences Building, and the KAFD Geo-Science Centre. He is also involved with the Boston Architectural College and MIT as a Critic. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2014.

Working with a wide range of clients, Adam Mitchell has extensive experience in design and project management. At Cambridge Seven, he has been a Project Architect or Project Manager on several of our largest and most challenging projects for academic, healthcare, hospitality, museum and aquarium clients. Mr. Mitchell earned his Master in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, and an undergraduate degree in Art History from Vassar College. He is also currently an Advanced Design Studio Instructor at the Boston Architectural College.

Utilizing over 30 years of experience in the management, programming, and development of museum, aquarium, and exhibit projects, Penny Sander expands Cambridge Seven’s capabilities to include content development and interpretive programming and planning. Her expertise in museum operations, combined with her project management skills, make her a valuable resource to C7A’s exhibit design group. Ms. Sander holds degrees from Harvard University in Business Administration and a Masters in Cultural History and Museology from the University of Vermont.

As Cambridge Seven’s senior construction administrator, Jim Puopolo is a technical and construction resource for the staff. With degrees from the Boston Architectural College and Wentworth Institute of Technology, he brings a background in architectural engineering and over 20 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Puopolo currently leads the construction management effort at Cambridge Seven Associates for projects valued at over $250 million in construction cost.
