The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities. This unique program seeks creative, caring and upbeat individuals who will be excited working with individuals with disabilities outdoors, while providing fun, quality and skill enhancing activities/ programs.

The number of individuals diagnosed with Autism has been on the rise for some time and yet so many teachers, therapists, and paraprofessionals have not been trained in effective methods to work with these students. Achieve Consulting can help. We provide a variety of specific trainings that will give your staff the tools they need to be successful and improve outcomes for the students with autism they serve.

At the Achievement Centers for Children, our caring and skilled professionals provide services and programs to help children with a broad range of conditions affecting their physical and/or cognitive/developmental abilities. We walk together with families on their journey with their children providing emotional and educational support, and resource referrals. We have knowledge, expertise and experience in helping children with many different conditions, as well as children with dual diagnoses such as autism and Down syndrome.

All services can be customized to meet the specific needs of your district, program, students, and teachers. After an initial observation/consultation, we collaborate with your teams and staff to determine which services are most appropriate and how they will be provided.

The qualified candidate will have experience with autism and experience in a classroom setting. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology or related field. Qualified candidates will have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to consistently respond to children in respectful and supportive ways.
