The Cancer Patient Support Program is a private, non-profit foundation that provides free psychological services to cancer patients and their families. Patients and families often do not know where to turn for help while trying to understand and cope with the challenges that arise following a diagnosis, and the CPSP is there to help. But the program needs your support. We offer you and your company the opportunity to align with the CPSP in support of the program's sole annual fundraising event, which has become the premier charity event in Chittenden County.
