Founder, President and CEO James S. Bernardo has over 22 years experience in the Energy Services industry. Mr. Bernardo founded Candela Systems Corporation in 1994. His career began in 1986 working in various capacities, as a foreman and field supervisor, division manager and installation supervisor. After working in and watching the industry for 8 years, Mr. Bernardo saw the benefits and positive aspects of using energy efficient lighting, not only for the client but for the environment as well. Presented with an opportunity, Mr. Bernardo found Candela Systems Corporation in 1994.
