The early manufacturing of Peck's Products Company was simple soap bases and other janitorial-type cleaners. Today Daley International has national distributor network selling products to each of these industries.

Through vigorous acquisition of companies that strengthen and complement Daley's original lines, the corporation now produces brand-name and private-label products. For example, James Varley & Sons, Inc. (JVS Solutions), a family business founded in St. Louis in 1921, became a subsidiary of the Daley organization in the late 1980's. Varley institutional cleaners and floor care products are sold through select distributors that have marketed these brands for decades.

Daley International is one of the largest manufacturers of institutional and industrial cleaning products in the United States. Daley is headquartered and has its main 207,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Chicago, Illinois, with satellite plants located in Florida, Arizona, Oregon and New York. The company has more than a century of experience developing, manufacturing, selling and distributing chemicals into institutional markets on a national basis.

In 2011, Swisher Hygiene Inc. (Nasdaq: SWSH ) (TSX: SWI ), a leading provider of essential hygiene and sanitation products and services, acquired Daley International. The acquisition has allowed Swisher to significantly increase its internal product manufacturing capability, while also enabling Daley and Swisher to provide a broader array of products for additional vertical markets.
