Candy Detective is a family-owned company. Thomas Allen, co-creator, has spent the last 12 years providing quality control instrumentation to the candy industry. The idea of Candy Detective was conceived when Thomas was trying to locate candy manufacturers as prospects. After going to many of the popular search engines he was faced with trying to scan through thousands of sites. Most having nothing to do with candy manufacturers. He felt that if he could not find candy manufacturers, then how will the customers? Thus, Candy Detective was born.
