PMP Training generally consists of a PMP “expert” teaching the 5 different PMP performance domains through a hands-on and interactive teaching style along with through the use of a PMBOK Guide. People seeking PMP certification are required to have certain pre-requisites completed.

The PMP exam consists of 5 different PMP performance domains which include: initiating the project, planning the project, executing the project, monitoring and controlling the project, and closing the project. The PMP exam is based on these 5 domains and consists of 200 multiple choice questions.
