CAP Technologies has developed an environmentally friendly electrolytic-plasma process that cleans and coats metals in less time than traditional electroplating processes. The CAP process can clean metals of various shape and size. CAP process will reduce or eliminate the use of acid as a cleaning agent, in pickling of metals. It will also reduce the volume of fresh water required to neutralize spent pickle liquor.
